Madagascar vocab task

My class had to name words to describe the Madagascar Jungle, here are some of the words I used was Isolation, Astonishing, Character, Populated Alien, woodlands, Drenched, Landscapes, Diversity Oldest Spine, Narly, Blunshed, Jungles, Combination, Wild life, Developed, Eccentric, Western side, Salt Sandy, Eastern.

Baboon Party

On a sunny Sunday afternoon I went for a walk to the pond and on my way back I could see water on the deck and I already knew what is was. Obviously it was Baboons. I bet you're wondering how I know. Well here’s an answer, number one there was Baboon hair in the pool everywhere, number two I could see that the waves in the pool were moving, number three there was splashes everywhere on the deck and last but not least there was footage on the security cameras. All of a sudden I heard Baboons screaming and the Baboons were all wet. I even tripped into the pool and I could feel piece of Baboon hair in my mouth and it was so disgusting.Next time when I go for a walk I am going to make sure that I empty the pool and buy a fence and put it in the front so that the Baboons don’t swim in my pool.

Imaginative Recount Writing World's Fastest Train

Yesterday my class and I were chosen to test out the most fastest train in Sendai and Aomori in Japan.
Before we went on the train all of my classmates were so excited to go on the train , especially me.

When we got onto the train I was super excited , but when the train started to move and get faster and faster ,I could see everything going black. My stomach felt like it was turning inside out. I could tasted my spew coming out of my lungs. The train was so fast it was like a bullet shooting out of a huge cannon. I was about to spew on my classmate ,but luckily I covered my mouth and closed it. I could feel it moving down my throat. I could see my friend holding on to the seat as tight as she could. A minute later my cheeks felt like it was one thousand metres long. I knew it would be fast but not that fast. I could not wait until we got of the train.

When we got of the train I couldn't hold my spew then suddenly I spewed. Guess where it landed? On the railway. When we got back to school I was surprised that it was only two twenty two. All of my friends were happy to be back from japan. I didn’t remember what japan looked like. It was not fun it was horrid.

Reading activity

This was my reading activity for this week.

Narative wrtting

One day Kama the pig and Kai went to Sandy Beach in Ohau in Hawaii.Kama has very very dark skin. It’s funny when Kama walks because he walks like a dog. Kama has dark grey ears and a very pointy feet. Kai is the owner of Kama. Kai and Kama love going surfing together. Kai loves to spend time with Kama. When they finally got to the beach you could see the enormous waves there were. There was also lots  of high palm trees. The color of the sand was an orange color and tan too. You could see a long tropical mountain from the left side. You could hear the waves crashing into each other. Kama could smell the tropical salty water and Kai could feel the water splashing onto his skin. After Kai and Kama went out to the ocean for a surf Kama the pig wanted to have a surf by himself. When Kama went for a surf by himself he got a humongous wave then got her washed away. But after two or three hours later Kama got washed back to shore and luckily Kai was there wishing that Kama would get washed to shore and guess what his wish came true. Kai told Kama that next time Kama would not be able to go surfing by himself because he might get washed away by the enormous waves again and Kama agreed.

Setting Description week One Isolation

One day I went to a Isolated house. It was an elderly cottage. It was placed in the centre of a huge dirty field. The cottage was surrounded by huge boulders and grass growing on the top of the roof. You could see the ocean making big waves. You could see the big mountains. I could hear the sound of the waves getting smaller and smaller. I could hear the wind making an owl noise and I could hear the thunder and rain smashing onto the roof. I could smell the filthy air going up my nose. Lastly I could feel the damp grass on my feet.

Maths Activity

Setting description The hidden Temple

On a cold windy night I went to find the hidden temple. Once I got there I could see shattered pieces of rocks on the ground and dirt on the ground. I could also see moss growing on the ancient writing on the wall. I could hear tiny rocks falling down , I even yelled “ hello!” and I could hear my voice echoing across the narrow tunnel. I could smell the filthy air I could even sniffed and I smelt the dust coming up my nose. I could feel the rocks trying to trip my over. I could feel the lumps on the walls.
